As Quality Manager on our Peterborough site, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Quality professionals and assist in the management of the hygiene team. Reporting to the Group Technical Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of quality and food safety ensuring the business meets the highest technical standards, exceeding both customer and company expectations. This is a challenging role that will encompass management of the HACCP team, development of robust quality processes and procedures, and promotion of continuous improvement activities in relation to quality and technical throughout the business.
We seek a proven, dedicated Quality Manager with a background in a food manufacturing environment. You will have experience of working with retailer requirements and codes of practice and have good knowledge of HACCP, food safety legislation and the BRC standard. We seek a motivated, flexible and adaptable professional with excellent communication and problem solving skills and an eye for detail.
