As a result of continued expansion they are looking to appoint a talented General Manager to lead and develop all operational functions across production, engineering and supply chain management. Key KPI’s include service levels and throughput, yield, volume and of course first class quality. This is a fast paced, dynamic and pro-active environment so leadership, mentoring and daily delivery of production plans are all vital elements of the role. There are also a number of exciting new projects that you could lead.

Candidates must possess a successful track record in factory management within large scale, high volume, chilled, ambient or frozen food production environments. You should be a highly skilled communicator, self-motivated, with a passion for delivering first class customer service. As a proven leader, you should be pro-active, resourceful, energetic and charismatic.
