You will be accountable for the continual improvement of efficiencies and for the development of processes. This demanding position will suit a professional with previous production management experience within a short shelf life food environment. Flexibility, IT Literacy, leadership capability, dynamism, energy and customer focus are all key skills required for this role. You should have a good understanding of KPI’s in manufacturing and possess the adaptability to ensure the highest levels of customer service. People management skills are essential.
