This is an excellent opportunity to join this market leading food manufacturer. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that short and medium term objectives for the site are achieved in line with the HR and overall Business Strategy.
CIPD qualified and of graduate calibre, you will possess previous generalist HR Management experience in a food manufacturing environment. You will have a proven track record of contributing to performance improvement and be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and develop a team. You will be determined, energetic and have the ability to influence at all levels. Key to success is the drive and determination to cope with the pace and pressure of this highly demanding environment.
