A great opportunity has arisen for Training Co-ordinator to join this established and rapidly growing food manufacturer. This is an incredibly rewarding position for the right candidate, it is a brand new role for the company and you will play a pivotal role in the continual improvement of this fast growing, market leading manufacturer.
The key purpose for the role is to ensure that the training across the site is maintained to the already high standards, but also continually developed in response to the impressive company growth and in line with meeting and surpassing company, employee and customer needs.
You will have proven experience in Training, which would include the planning and design of effective schedules and matrix's, as well as successful delivery of this. Strong communication skills and very good organisational skills are also a necessity as you will be given autonomy to structure your own time and workload. Food industry experience would also be favorable.
Key requirements -
- Proven background in training, ideally within the food industry
- Understanding and ability to train HACCP, factory procedures, Basic Food Hygiene, allergen awareness to name just a few
- Train the Trainer certification
