This is an exciting career opportunity for a Production Manager or progressive Shift Manager to join a friendly but professional family business.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will take full control of day to day production, manage a team of 40 people and play an integral role in implementing modern manufacturing techniques.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a ready meal manufacturer / high quality bakery and have good communication and organisation skills.
