Process Technologist

The Product Development Department are looking to recruit a methodical and results driven individual to join the team as a Process Technologist.

Speedibake is a food manufacturing business producing the most diverse range of frozen bakery products available from a single supplier in the UK. Part of the £6.8bn FTSE 100 Associated British Foods group, the company that also produces Kingsmill, Twinings, Ryvita and Silver Spoon, Speedibake produces over 200 products and has a turnover of around £85m.

The purpose of the role is to project manage Process NPD activities including product analysis, factory scale up trials, plant product approval and factory launch. A key element of the role will be to support and advise the concept team during early stages of development.

Skills / Experience:

The successful candidate must have experience of working with bread or cake products in a similar environment. In addition, you will have experience of working with a Stage and Gate NPD process and will be able to demonstrate a clear ability to consistently deliver results within set timescales.
