Working across our protein foods category, encompassing a global supplier base, you’ll enjoy plenty of autonomy in a technically driven role that has a strong focus on NPD, quality and supplier management. Reporting to the Category Manager and working closely with the technical team, your brief will require the ability to build and develop long term partner relations with some of the world’s major food manufacturers, in order to ensure our products achieve 100% rating in terms of quality, safety and compliance – not to forget customer satisfaction. With expert knowledge in meat technology, you should be a graduate calibre technologist, familiar with the BRC standards and relevant legislation, supplier reviews, the NPD process and be flexible to travel extensively.
