The company is now seeking an innovative people orientated, professional and charismatic Operations Manager to lead the development of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible, through developing and motivating your management team for creating a positive and inclusive culture which delivers a high quality, cost-effective product to high levels of customer service. As part of the executive team, you will contribute to the overall development of the site and customer relationships, contributing to strategy whilst not losing sight of the day to day operations. The development and implementation of modern manufacturing methods and a forward thinking approach to people management will be a key criteria for success.
Candidates should be graduate calibre and have gained experience in a high volume, multi-product operation working to JIT principles and world-class manufacturing standards. You will already have implemented modern manufacturing processes and will have clear evidence of delivering results through your teams where customer service and quality are top priorities.
You must have excellent communication skills, combined with the ability to lead and motivate a large workforce
