You will be accountable for the continual improvement of efficiencies and for the development and training of your team. Taking ownership of your shift, you will be given the autonomy to successfully initiate and manage change by providing clear and supportive leadership, which will maximise both performance and efficiencies making a significant impact on the site profitability. With previous production management experience within a food manufacturing environment, you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire change through continuous improvements.
