Our client is one of the UK's largest fresh food importers / marketing organisations and are looking to recruit a forward facing customer technologist
The responsibility will be to manage the technical requirements and procedures for the account including due diligences and KPIs.
Customer complaints ~ regard, investigate and seasonal analysis
- Preparation of presentations and season reviews
- Due diligence collation and checking of supplier due diligence
- Packaging and label sign off
- Knowledge of fresh produce industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work on their own.
