I am currently recruiting QC Technologists to working for a fresh food manufacturer based in the East Midlands.
This is a good time to join this highly successful and diverse food business. They supply a wide range of customers in the Retail, Foodservice and Food Manufacturing sectors.
You will be responsible for checking that all raw materials and finish products match the relevant specifications. Reporting straight up to the Technical Manager you will be required to carry out routine microbiological food safety checks, environmental monitoring and factory calibration. On a weekly basis your portfolio will include weekly QA and GMP Audits.
The role will offer the successful individual a starting salary of up to £20k.
Ideally we are looking for someone with Quality Assurance or Technical experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry. You will have experience in food safety, quality checks and auditing.
