Our client is an award winning food manufacturer with multiple sites throughout the UK. Due to a recent re-structure, an opportunity currently exists for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join the sites senior management team.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for motivating and managing a large team of 300 across a large state of the art production facility. You will be tasked with driving the business forward to achieve challenging objective and monitoring performance to ensure qualitative and quantitative measurements are met in line with productivity plans.
We are looking for an experienced senior manager with a strong background within the chilled food manufacturing industry. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a high pressure environment and driving efficiencies through continuous improvement. You will be a strong people manager with the ability to motivate a large team to ensure that all targeted KPI’s and customer service levels are met.
Based in the East Midlands, this is an opportunity for an established Production professional to take on a new challenge and contribute to the success of this well respected organisation.
