This is an exciting time to be joining this dynamic food company as a Multi-skilled Shift Engineer.
As a key member of the Engineering team, you will share responsibility for achieving budgeted machine performance targets and ensuring the machines are kept running to peak performance within the manufacturing unit. This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to be assertive in difficult situations.
You will have experience of operating in a multi-shift, high volume food manufacturing environment as part of a multi-disciplined team in a changing environment where innovation and a continuous improvement culture.
With a comprehensive electrical engineering background, you will be able to demonstrate experience of planned preventative maintenance, progressive maintenance techniques and continuous improvement initiatives that have had a direct impact on the business performance.
