Due to continued growth and expansion this leading food manufacturer are seeking to bring in an experienced, yet ambitious Production Shift Manager / Prep Manager / Production Manager to complement an already successful team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will currently be a high performing Production Shift Manager / Prep Manager / Production Manager, and have full autonomy and 24/7 responsibility for managing the Prep Area. As a prerequisite you will have a background within a chilled Prep / Cook House environment, such as ready meals, sandwiches, pizzas etc, and have a proven track record of identifying and implementing sustainable change.
Inherent to the role is the element of effective man management, experience of which you should have in abundance. Ideally of graduate calibre, you must have a proven track record of success that sets you apart from the competition. With a team of 40 you will be an engaging and inclusive manager who has the ability to put in place systems, procedures and standardise these across all shifts.
