Category Manager

This is a good time to join one of the UK's most recognisable manufacturers supplying their products into the major high street retailers.  My client are looking for a Category Analyst to join their ever-expanding team.

Reporting into the Senior Category Manager you will:

--  Apply category strategy and develop category relationships.
--  Provide an internal customer base with requested category or consumer insights.
--  Assist the Category Manager with daily management of the data / insight suppliers.
--  Track and analyse category and competitive performance data within the Major Multiple retail channels.

The ideal candidate will have / be:

--  The ability to be proactive in identifying commercial insights and finding solutions.
--  Track record in building category relationships.
--  Good knowledge of market analysis systems. (IRI / Kantar / Dunhumby etc).
--  Previous experience working in the FMCG industry.
