Graduate Food Technologist

Are looking to build a long term career in the food manufacturing industry with the opportunity to fast-track through to Technical Management?

My client are a leading chilled, high risk food manufacturer based in London who supply a range of products into the major retailer's.

They are looking for a 'switched on' Food Science graduate to take on the role of a Food Technologist.

Reporting into the Technical Manager you will:

--  Implement and challenge all internal food safety procedures.
--  Build relationships with suppliers.
--  Monitor and manage HACCP system within all areas.
--  Attend NPD trial meetings and set up all technical launch documentation.

The ideal candidate will have / be:

--  Qualification in Food Technology / Science to degree level.
--  Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
--  A strong leader and great attention to detail.
