Our client operates in a significant growth market and due to expansion, through investment and securing new business, there is a need to strengthen the operational team through the appointment of an outstanding Manufacturing Manager.
The culture of the business is positive, dynamic and forward thinking with a policy of continuous improvement throughout. The key challenge will be to maximise the business growth opportunity, whilst continuing the highest levels of customer satisfaction for product innovation, quality and delivery..
Playing a pro-active role in driving forward manufacturing best practice, you will also seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and be a key relationship builder with the retail customers, responsive to their business objectives and needs. Strong leadership skills, combined with a successful track record of building and developing teams will be essential.
Possessing several years progressive management experience in food manufacturing coupled with a proven track record of results delivery, you will have outstanding commercial and organisational ability. Through your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead, develop and motivate others to provide first class customer service.
