Working at the heart of the NPD process, you will enjoy a creative hands on brief – managing specific projects from concept to launch, ensuring a continuing stream of innovative high quality products are delivered on time and to specification. Used to dealing with customers and manufacturing partners, you must be an experienced NPD professional, with proven project management ability, who can confidently handle a number of projects on a simultaneous basis. You will need to be self-motivated, enjoy working in a small team and above all be seeking a real sense of job satisfaction and fun.
Requirements:
· Relevant food related qualifications, ideally at degree level or equivalent.
· Experience of working closely with major grocery retail customers
· Extensive project management skills
· Experience of leading complex innovation projects, and delivering commercially viable products to market.
· Be able to work cross-functionally, as part of a team, and be able to influence others.
Knowledge of baked goods would be a distinct advantage, however what is more important is the ability to show flexibility, passion and deliver fantastic products to a highly envied customer base.
