Our client is a highly successful, innovative Blue Chip food manufacturer with multiple sites across the UK. Their large well-established site based in Middlesex produces a range of chilled convenience foods for a number of the major retailers.
As part of the senior management team, you will help lead a continuous improvement culture and drive forward CI projects. You will lead and develop your team to achieve all site based operational KPI’s, with a strong focus on translating a manufacturing strategy into a live operational plan to increase production efficiency. You will be involved with managing the NPD process ensure that all trials run successfully and through to product launch.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in leading large teams in a food environment, preferably chilled. Along with the proven ability to develop continuous strategies, deliver KPI’s under pressure and enforce change.
