An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hygiene Manager to join a forward thinking and growing company that supplies premium / high care products to all the major multiples.
Within this role you will be responsible for ensuring that a comprehensive cleaning plan is in place, reviewed and developed within the factory throughout the 24hr operation. You will also take total ownership of key site service contracts, including Laundry, Chemical supply, Consumables, PPE & Waste. Ensure that they are managed within budgetary targets. This role will also involve a number of on site projects for you to sink your teeth into to ultimately improve the site as a whole as well as hygiene standards.
As the ideal candidate you will possess excellent management and communication skills as you will have a large team reporting directly into you. You will have good decision making skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. An Advanced Food Hygiene certificate would advantageous as would experience of working within the high risk food manufacturing industry
