Operations Manager – Leicester site

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raisio Group, working in the Confectionery Division at our Leicester site.

We are part of a young, fast-growing snack foods group at the leading edge of health, nutrition, and premium impulse foods, serving a wide variety of customers including many high street retailers, major food manufacturers and the food service sector. The companies within our Group include Fox’s, Glisten confectionery, Dormen snacks and Halo foods.

Fox’s Confectionery is home to many leading branded, household names of confectionery, it is fast moving, rapidly expanding and continues to explore adventurous new avenues to extend its branded range.

• This is a challenging and exciting senior management role, where you will have overall responsibility for the site, driving the operational agenda through your team and expanding the sites current capabilities using effective and efficient strategies.

• Reporting to the Divisional Operations Director you will ideally have extensive experience in a range of FMCG senior roles, with the ability to work at both an operational and strategic level and be degree qualified or equivalent, as well as having either an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.

• You will also be able to demonstrate, proven people management skills, and used to leading & developing a team within a demanding production environment. Proven experience of working to BRC (version 6) and major retailer standards is essential.
