Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer roles / working Nights / £32k / Blagdon, South West, Bristol, Weston Super Mare / Food Production
We are recruiting for several Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer roles on behalf of our leading Food Manufacturing client.
The roles are based in the South West, Blagdon area and is in commuting distance from Weston Super Mare, Bristol, Somerset etc.
These roles report to the Shift Team Manager. Working as part of a skilled team you will be responsible for the planned and unplanned maintenance of production equipment across the site as well as offering electrical, PLC and software support. You will have the ability to diagnose and repair faults, have knowledge of electronic and electrical systems as well as a strong mechanical & electrical background.
Shifts will be initially 6 Months working 4 nights on/off 6pm – 6am, and then moving to rotating days/nights
Previous engineering experience in an FMCG/Food and Drink environment would be desirable.
Skills required:
- 17th Edition Electrical Qualification
- Experience of working with Siemens, Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley PLC’s
- Relevant Mechanical Engineering Qualification
- Knowledge of dairy principles and processes preferable
- Good fault finding experience in production environments
Salary £32,000 +benefits
