Due to the continued growth and success of this food business, they are now looking to expand their team by recruiting an experienced Process Development Technologist to champion product development.
The position will focus on supporting the development team by providing technical support whilst managing development projects, quality improvements and cost reductions. You will organise and facilitate product and process development, maintaining close liaison with the site NPD team, operations and customers. You will interface with NPD to ensure the smooth transition of new concepts and related processes through to manufacture. Similarly you will take charge of existing processes and radically improve them to achieve enhanced product quality and timescales while reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
If you have experience of NPD and the Technical aspects of food manufacturing and are seeking new and exciting challenges, this really is an opportunity for you to shine.
