My client is looking for a CIPD qualified Senior HR Officer / Advisor / Manager, with experience in managing HR staff; Delivering a cultural change and managing the change process; developing internal processes to improve and Implementing the companies core values and business plan. You have experience working in a manufacturing / Operational business
