My client is looking for a Product Development Manager with an impressive track record. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a PD plan, identifying gaps within the market and reviewing and looking after existing products, whilst continuing to give the business a competitive edge. The ideal candidate will demonstrate, an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, strong organisational and communication skills, while working to operational budgets and time constraints. The role will involve travel across the UK and further afield and you will need a can-do, team player attitude. Experience of value engineering would also be an advantage.
