Principal purpose of the role
1. Management and coordination of projects through planning, budgeting, installation and commissioning.
Main accountabilities:
1.Detailing and specifying of projects.
2.Arrange and assess tenders from contractors/suppliers of equipment.
3. Prepare capital proposals.
4.Control project expenditure.
5. Manage and coordinate project installation and commissioning.
6.Assist maintenance department as required.
7.Provide an engineering service to other departments.
8. Train production personnel on new plant.
9. Co-ordinate plant investigations.
10.Responsible for implementation and control of allocated project capital.
