OUR CLIENT in a major player in the cleaning chemicals sector with a vast product set to address all their customers cleaning needs from disinfectants to detergents through to floor cleaning and degreasing products.
THE Technical Account Manager role's objective is to develop and expand the client base in the specified territory through long term agreements and excellent customer service. Key aspects of the role will include:
*Product demonstrations and customer training in the safe handling of supplied chemicals
*Account management of existing customers
*Sales Territory Management for new customer and sales opportunities
*Assessment of customer needs and proposal of best products to meet their needs
*Sales forecasting and activity reporting
THE CANDIDATE will have a both experience of QA or Hygiene and will be a people person able to forge long term relationships with customers to achieve long term business and maximise sales.
