THE NPD TECHNOLOGIST ROLE
Working as a key member of the development team you will be responsible for all aspects of product development.
You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the NPD process from concept to launch, benchmarking, covering blue sky innovation, recipe construction, product re-development, cost reduction, artwork approval, specification writing.
THE CANDIDATE
We're looking for someone who has major retailer experience - ideally 2-3 years experience. within a meat environment would be advantageous.
You will need bags of enthusiasm and will consider yourself a key contributor to the success of the business.
You'll be able to multi task, meet deadlines and be a great team player.
Customers have high expectations of the company and you'll have the kind of strong work ethic that generates confidence and wins work!
