THE HYGIENE MANAGER ROLE
*You will be responsible for recruiting and developing all Hygiene staff
*You will ensure Continuous Improvement continues to be delivered through achievement of departmental objectives and KPIs
*You will plan, measure and deliver all Hygiene budgeted costs including labour and material
It goes without saying that you will have excellent organizational and communication skills coupled with a positive attitude to work. You should also have many of the following attributes in order to be considered for this role:-
*Previous experience of managing / supervising a team with demonstrable leadership skills
*Previous experience with a hygiene department in a chilled food business
*Knowledge of HACCP
*Health & Safety and Safe Systems of Work Awareness, as well and knowledge of COSHH
*Flexible attitude towards work patterns and hours of work
