THE ROLE:
*Undertake the work required for the development of new products
*Take NPD briefs from the management team and develop new concepts for presentation to the management team
*Development and improvement of current products and processes.
*Conduct regular routine taste panels on standard/competitor product and provide regular summaries of the results.
*Liaise with the Technical, Sales, and Production Managers so that specific requirements are met.
THE CANDIDATE must have a strong desire to develop their career within a Food Industry NPD role and you will:
*Passion for Food
*NPD Experience and good understanding of Product Life Cycle from concept to launch
*Food Degree or other relevant qualification.
*Proactive attitude and high level of creativity with excellent presentation and communication skills and comfortable in the presence of customers.
