Your broad remit will be to lead the production teams to deliver high levels of operational efficiency. With a team of 25 and total output of 380t per week across 4 lines, you’ll be measured against delivery of all direct costs on your shift, including labour, waste and OEE. Driving operational improvements and contributing to cost saving initiatives in these areas is key and so a high level of CI experience is essential.
With Oracle your role will be key to ensuring all production activity is managed in line with new ERP process requirements and so your focus must be effective communication, training and process development to ensure a disciplined approach in all production activity.
It is a high profile role that comes with high expectations. You will have demonstrable experience of driving improvements and operational efficiencies both through project management and active training and development on the shop floor. You will be focused on your KPIs and demonstrate a strong business acumen in relation to both your own KPIS and the wider performance of the business. With a team of Team Leaders you will be a strong communicator, confident when facilitating meetings and also when dealing 121; setting, reviewing and providing feedback on performance against expectations. You will enjoy developing others and being part of a team.
