They are now looking to build on their success and have identified the need to recruit an experienced Development Chef. This is an exciting time to join the business and help shape the future product portfolio across NPD.
You will be responsible for creating and developing innovative products. With a focus on new concept development, sourcing raw materials and presenting new ideas, you will use your expertise to produce creative and commercially successful products. Internal and external customers will consult you for advice and recommendations for future product initiatives.
With a background in food innovation, you will be tasked with developing ‘blue sky’ dishes to wow the customers and enhance the product offering. You should possess a real passion for food and ideally have previous experience as a Development Chef within the food manufacturing arena. This is a very hands-on role, liaising with all departments within the business, therefore you should be results orientated, customer driven, organised and highly creative.
