My client is a food manufacturer based in the Midlands who are recruiting an exciting new role for a Hygiene Team Leader to join their growing business.
To ensure teams effectively deliver the correct level of performance on a daily basis.
Daily duties will include managing and organising the team.
To ensure that a safe working environment exists for all employees in the hygiene function and ensure adherence to relevant Health and Safety / food safety regulations
Carry out audits, timely investigation and remedial actions into all specs, updating all schedules / procedures
Assist the Hygiene manager write the Hygiene plan to include budgeted costs including labour and material
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience working in a similar role
Knowledge of COSHH
Food Hygiene / Chemical Training
Knowledge of CIP Systems
You will be working 3.5 days per week - either Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, half of Wednesday OR Half of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
