The key purpose of this role is to provide direct support to the Commercial Manager and the wider Commercial team, including analysing both customer and internal reports in order to support sales growth opportunities and monitor KPI's. Providing insight in to success of promotions, potential stumbling blocks and customer insight.
The role holder may also have responsibility the day to day management of some smaller customer accounts, and take responsibility for developing and implementing Commercial processes to help achieve business objectives in a timely manner which meet both customer requirements and the businesses strategic aims.
You'll have a can do attitude and the drive and tenacity to follow tasks through to completion. In addition you require strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee large projects, prioritise and coordinate effectively. You'll be a natural decision-maker, able to exercise judgement and take responsibility for the consequences of actions and decisions.
