A career at Kerry offers exceptional opportunities for individuals with ambition, vision and a commitment to excellence in a dynamic business environment. We are currently looking for Technical Managers who share our real passion for food, and are committed to creating food made from brilliant recipes to the highest possible quality standards.

Noon Products became part of Kerry Foods in 2005. The Noon operation manufactures over 400 chilled ready meals and snack products, on behalf of retailers including Sainsbury's, Marks & Spencer's, Waitrose and Morrison's. Specialists in ethnic ready meals, we are market leaders in both the chilled Indian and Thai ready meal categories. Manufacturing takes place across 4 sites in Southall and Greenford, West London and is based on authentic and chef-driven practices - with a strong commitment to quality and innovation.

As Technical Manager within a division of Kerry which continues to grow, you will ensure the effective delivery of the site Technical strategy objectives in line with statutory, company, customer and best practice standards. With direct responsibility for a team of Quality Assurance and Quality Control specialists, you will act as champion and guardian of quality and food standards, upholding the technical integrity of the site across aspects of food safety and legality and ensuring compliance to customer policy and quality systems.

You'll be the key customer contact for all Technical and QA issues, making sure that our products are of a consistently high technical and quality standard for our customers and their consumers. You'll also drive best practice and implement new technology and solutions to enable us to support the ongoing growth of the business.
