Our client are a large blue chip multi site Food & Drink Manufacturer providing products into the major retailers. They are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join their successful team.
Reporting into the Quality Director you will act as the initial point of contact for all major retailer accounts on all technical matters. You will provide direction and leadership, managing retailer expectations and ensuring the alignment of the company and retailer business objectives. You will drive improvements in KPI performance, drive sites to retain high level retailer accreditation status and manage environmental & packaging developments in line with industry/retailer targets.
This role will suit an experienced Technical Account Manager who has dealt with the major retailers. The role is varied and no two days are the same, so will appeal to a person who thrives on challenge and variety. This will suit a pro-active team player who has good influencing skills and can communicate effectively with other departments within the business. The role is site based but will involve travelling 1-2 days per week.
