Our client is a successful food manufacturer supplying premium products into all the major retailers. We are looking to recruit an experienced Production professional in the position of Team Manager.
Reporting into the Production Manager you will plan and operate within your designated area on a day to day basis, optimising the use of people and the material resources available ensuring that daily and weekly production plans / KPIs are met.
To be successful in this role you must have previous production supervisory / team leader experience ideally within the food manufacturing industry. You will have experience of driving KPIs and managing a small team in a busy fast passed environment. Any formal food manufacturing qualifications would be advantageous however we are willing to consider candidates out width food manufacturing.
