LOCATION: ENFIELD BAKERY
CONTRACT: This is a temporary 6 month contract to cover maternity absence
SHIFT PATTERN:
5 days per week / 39 hours per week:
Day Shift: Monday to Friday
From 1pm to 9pm
WAGE: £360.40 per week
With the growing emphasis on product quality, we are now looking for a Quality Auditor to support the bakery in operating at the highest possible standards and producing excellent quality products at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Product quality assessment
• Micro sampling
• Maintain computer database and paper record systems
• Audit production paperwork
• Process audits: hygiene & housekeeping, on-line process checks, fabrication, etc
• Quality improvement
• Raw material quality assessment
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Food manufacturing experience
• Basic Food Hygiene qualification
• HACCP knowledge and experience
• Ability to complete/conduct audits, checks and quality analysis
• Data collection and report writing
• IT literate – use of Word, Excel Database systems
• Strong communication skills
• High levels of accuracy in work and a methodical approach
