It is an exciting time to be joining this leading food manufacturing company manufacturing a wide range of food products. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day engineering on site.
You will deliver quality engineering support to site, supporting services and utilities, providing planned and breakdown maintenance to plant and equipment, through the application of acquired electrical / mechanical and diagnostic skills.
This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills and strong leadership ability. With previous experience of operating in a high speed manufacturing environment as part of a multi-disciplined team in a changing environment, you will have a comprehensive background in mechanical or electrical engineering. You will be able to demonstrate comprehensive experience of planned preventative maintenance, progressive maintenance techniques and continuous improvement initiatives that have had a direct impact on the business performance.
