Day:Shift 4 on 4 off:Salary £21-23.5k
Evenings: Mon /Fri 4.30pm 12.30pm:Salary ££20 -£22.5ka plus £1500 shift premium

One of the largest food manufacturers is seeking talented and ambitious Production Team Leader / Section Leader to join their team. My client is not only focused on investing in their infrastructure but also their employee's development. The right candidate will have a proven track record of success from within a process driven food manufacturing environment and have the ability and desire to progress to senior roles within this business in the near future.
In the pursuit of excellence, it will be your responsibility to promote and drive continuous improvement at all levels. Heavily focused on team development, you must possess a proven track record of supervisory / managerial skills within a food manufacturing or FMCG environments. Leadership qualities are a must as well as the ability to motivate those around you while maintaining a high quality with regards to health and safety.
A leader rather than a manager you will already be operating at a Production Team Leader / Section Leader level, and to be able to consistently work to the apex of your abilities within the industry. With high levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm you will engage and continually achieve through your team. It goes without saying that it is critical that LEAN manufacturing techniques such as OEE, NME, SIC, SMED, TPM and TQM will be second nature to you.
