Technical Manager
NSF-CMi Product and Supply Chain Assurance

NSF-CMi’s Product and Supplier Assurance Division is looking for a Technical Manager – Supply Chain Assurance to manage a team providing technical services including: food service specification review, menu/nutrition/allergen data and supply chain assurance activities. The role includes account management for food service clients, conducting regular internal and client reviews to ensure that services delivered are consistently in line with client requirements for performance, value & cost, overseeing audit schedule, supplier monitoring and complaints management.

You will have a degree in Food Science or equivalent and experience of technical services within a manufacturing, retail or foodservice environment; advanced level of computer literacy, particularly with regard to practical experience of technical data/information maintenance.

As well as working proactively to progress the technical services within NSF-CMi, a key skill of this position will be the ability to react to unplanned demands and workloads from within the team, and client, requiring flexibility, organisation and the ability to multi task. This is a critical role as the interface between NSF-CMi, suppliers, manufacturers and retailers.

The role requires travel to clients, suppliers, client premises and NSF-CMi offices. It is full-time and office, home or client based.
