This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding and successful food manufacturing organisation offering a challenging role with the potential to fast track your career development.
You will be responsible for ensuring the business achieves acceptable customer service levels for their retail multiple customers. Key responsibilities will include: order capture and processing, ensuring customers are informed of supply and availability issues and the management of a team of Customer Services Co-ordinators. You will liaise with sales, production planning, marketing, distribution and customers to ensure optimum business performance and service levels.
With previous experience in managing customer services / supply within a FMCG business, you will have demonstrable leadership, communication and people management skills.
