General Manager

As its name implies, Heathrow Bakery sits in the hub of Airline Catering but it is also recognised as the foremost specialist bakery for Sandwich Manufacturers and Food Service Customers.
 
Heathrow Bakery currently has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager, to join and be part of this exciting company. A key member in the company hierarchy, the General Manager is responsible for overseeing the entirety of an organisation’s operations.
 
Through your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to lead, develop and motivate others to provide first class service. This position requires persons who are highly responsible, effective, confident and capable. 
You will represent the company’s strategy which, through the development of people and new commercial initiatives, will increase sales, profitability and market share. 

The post requires that you have excellent organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of the Baking Industry and related finances.
 
In order to be successful a Bakery qualification is preferable but not necessary but experience in running a FMCG’s site is more imperative. Have a high quality and successful record of achievement and extensive experience.
