A fantastic opportunity has become available due to continuous growth throughout this fantastic well known food company, whereby there is a need to fill a Technical Manager position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Technical development of Own Label products and management of own brand supplier database, informing team of any changes to supplier or product base.
- Manage supply base and make recommendations to the business with reference to product, specification, supplier and site improvements
Key Skills Required:
- Preferably a Food Science or Technology Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience required in a manufacturing environment
- Good Communication and influencing skills – oral and written
- Proven planning & organising skills with the ability to manage projects.
- Strong drive and adaptability ensuring deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
- A ‘can do’ attitude, with lots of motivation, drive and passion to succeed.
