PRODUCTION AND OPERATION MANAGERS
The appointees will be responsible for leading multi discipline cross-functional teams implementing a comprehensive production strategy to ensure KPI’s are achieved; training and developing people to maximise service levels set against cost and quality targets. You will need to be a pragmatic, collaborative individual, practical and driven to succeed. Ideally degree educated, supported by several years’ factory manufacturing management experience in the production of multi-component chilled foods to the retail markets; a charismatic style with excellent communication skills.
