Production Manager - Permanent - South Wales - £28,000 to £32,000
Production Shift Manager required to join a successful food manufacturing business based in the South Wales area.
Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for managing staff and equipment across all lines to deliver on time the right quantity and quality of products at the right cost, safely with an environment of Continuous Improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Shift Managers or Shift Supervisors who are looking to develop into a Shift Management position.
Suitable applicants will have previous experience of supervising or managing a production team within a Food or FMCG environment. You will need to be organised, self motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Applicants will ideally be educated to a degree level, and hold an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate. You must also have previous experience working within a Chilled environment for a Food Manufacturer.
This position is commutable from; Hereford, Cardiff, Bristol, Gloucester and other areas of South Wales
