We are currently recruiting for our client, a dynamic, well established food manufacturer based near Colchester, Essex. Due to continued expansion they are currently seeking to recruit an experienced, Multi Skilled Engineer to work Night Shifts, holding experience within the Food Industry.
Role
- Sharing responsibility for achieving budgeted machine performance targets
- Responsible for PPM and Reactive Maintenance during the busy Night Time Production
- Working to KPIs and Continuous improvement and progressive maintenance techniques
- Ensure machines are kept running to peak performance within the production area
Candidate
- Proven experience within the production industry, ideally Food/FMCG
- Qualified Multi Skilled Engineer
- Mechanical Engineering Qualification
- 17th Edition Electrical Qualification
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise at various levels.
- Flexibility with working hours
- Immediate start would be desirable but not essential
Salary
- Up to £32k dependant on experience
- Monday to Friday 10pm to 7am - Sunday to Friday
- Transport may be required due to company location and night shifts
