You will be responsible for setting and consistently driving excellence in all aspects of the technical agenda – ensuring rigorous and robust adherence and systems are in place to maintain corporate, legal/customer compliance. The delivery of technical performance KPI’s, factory QA, GMP standards and audits will feature. You’ll lead and manage teams whilst being accountable for quality optimisation from goods-in to despatch.
You will possess a motivational approach coupled with Technical Management experience gained within a chilled food manufacturing environment. A big motivating factor will be the chance to develop yourself whilst implementing and maintaining the standards expected by the customer.
