Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is currently recruiting for an HR Manager to provide a HR generalist support service to the business. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the objectives for the site are achieved in line with the HR and overall Business Strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- providing support and guidance to the senior management team
- developing the employee relations climate on site
- developing and implementing policies and procedures
- managing the recruitment and selection process
- leading HR projects across the business.
CIPD qualified, you will possess HR generalist experience within a fast paced, change orientated environment to be successful in this role. A pragmatic, forward thinking HR professional with a hands on approach, you will have a solid background in operational and strategic HR and be able to effectively influence at all levels within the organisation.
